Conclusion

Radiographic interpretation is an important part of diagnoses. We need to know what is normally found clinically and radiographically before we can diagnose lesions. This course included case studies with radiographic images to assist dental professionals in diagnoses of certain conditions of the oral cavity. As clinicians we must utilise clinical examination, radiographic imaging, patient signs and symptoms, differential diagnoses, biopsies as appropriate, and other diagnostic methods to determine the final diagnosis of a lesion.
